- Community meetings with Pelham residents
Summer – Fall 2024
- Engage with consultants to support the nomination of Pelham as a Historic District
Fall 2024 and beyond
- Continue preparation for Pelham Historic District nomination
- Submit nomination to National Register
- Submit nomination to Philadelphia Register
- Public meeting #1 with Commission staff
- Public meeting #2 with the Committee on Historic Designation
