Northwest Community Candidate Forum: City Councilmember-at-Large

With the support of the Lenfest Institute’s Every Voice, Every Vote initiative, several Northwest Philadelphia community organizations have partnered to give residents a chance to hear from candidates for city offices ahead of the May 16 primary.
Please join us on Monday, April 17, from 7-8:30 p.m. to hear from candidates Nina Ahmad, Erika Almirón, Jim Harrity, Job Itzkowitz, Rue Landau, Amanda McIllmurray, Qiana Shedrick, Sherrie Cohen, Christopher Booth, and Abu Edwards. The forum will be moderated by journalists Daniel Pearson and Thera Martin and take place at Grace Baptist Church, 25 W. Johnson St.

This event is hosted by West Mt. Airy Neighbors (WMAN), the Chestnut Hill Local, Chestnut Hill Community Association, East Mt. Airy Neighbors (EMAN), Face to Face Germantown, Germantown United CDC, and Pleasant Advisory Council.
