A zoning permit application has been filed for 309-321 W. Mt. Pleasant Ave, which has triggered Civic Design Review (CDR).
This proposed project will be on the agenda for WMAN’s upcoming Zoning Committee meeting, being held on 9/4/24 at 7pm at Summit Presbyterian Church, however we also invite neighbors to learn more this coming Wednesday.
The building is slated to be a 62,193 square feet, 5-story mixed-use development, including street-level retail space, and 66 apartment units.
