SUMMARY:Winter Seed Propagation Course with the Mt Airy EcoLab
DESCRIPTION:Join a class and learn the basic of winter seed propagation with the Mt. Airy Ecolab! This workshop will contain a short presentation\, some seed sharing (optional: bring local\, native seeds if you have them!)\, and step-by-step instructions for methods to grow your own seeds in winter. We will cover 3 methods for propagation that you can easily use in your own backyard to grow native meadow flowers\, under-represented woody edibles\, or strategic biodiversity-enhancing plants to support an increase in biodiversity across Mt. Airy and Greater Philadelphia. One specific goal of this course – for any who wants to join in the effort – will be to grow out pollinator plants for the Ecolab’s pollinator garden. \nSuggested donation: $15 \nRSVP Here
