Greg Smith

Greg lives on Wellesley Road with his wife, Nicole, and their two daughters. His professional background spans finance, real estate, and business operations. He previously served as CFO of two Philadelphia real estate development organizations and currently works as Chief Operating Officer and Financial Analyst at Commons & Commons LLP, a Mt. Airy law firm. Greg has taught real estate valuation as an adjunct professor at Jefferson University and has been involved with WMAN through its Zoning Task Force and the Mt. Airy Learning Tree course on real estate development. He played a significant role in restoring his firm’s historic office building on Pelham Road and is particularly interested in neighborhood development, restoration, transit, active transport, and the built environment.
