All year, West Mt. Airy Neighbors works to make our community a great place to live. Through our Quality of Life Committee, we solve a host of problems that affect our neighborhood. Our Zoning Committee enables residents to have input on zoning issues that affect their blocks. We keep you informed through WMAN News, our semi-weekly WMAN eNewsletters and Mt. Airy Safety Network Alerts.
Our volunteers make Mt. Airy more beautiful and more green. To date, our Streetscapes Committee, with the help of many dedicated volunteers, have planted 178 trees and organized several cleanup efforts. Volunteers have also helped beautify our community by participating in Philly Spring Cleanup, Philadelphia Cares Day, Spring into Your Park, and by volunteering with local groups such as the Friends of Carpenter's Woods and Ned Wolf Park.
West Mt. Airy Neighbors’ operating budget comes mostly from people like you who appreciate how essential this organization is to strengthening and maintaining our exceptional community. Your support is both needed and deeply appreciated!
Ways to support WMAN:
